Donation Refund Policy
MAST India has a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are used more frequently. MAST India expects that all donors to exercise due care and diligence while making donations. MAST India also is aware that a donation may be made by mistake or donors may have a re-think their mind. MAST India internal committee will examine request for refund of donation and endeavour to make the refund. MAST India may also seek proper authencity and reason from the user. Also, it will require further verification of the user and need relevant documents of proof as well as for donation.
